Our recruitment and selection policy is based on best practice that respects the information you have provided to us.
When you request that we send you an application form we ask that you supply us with your name and address. This is to enable us to send you details of the vacancy and application forms.
If you take no action and do not send us a completed application form the personal details you have supplied to us will be destroyed in accordance with best practice relating to data protection legislation.
If you complete an application form the details asked for are those necessary for us to determine whether to proceed to the next stage of the recruitment process.
If you are unsuccessful and not offered an appointment then the application form and any other data that has been processed will be destroyed in accordance with the principles of the data protection legislation.
We do not share any of the information you have provided to us with anyone else nor do we use the information for any other purposes other than to do with our recruitment and selection process.
