This application form applies to applications for new supply, additional load and/or alterations to supply. Please download and print the application form then complete it with reference to the instruction sheet. Send your completed application form to the following address.

Private Generation

If you are considering the connection of private generation including renewable energy generation from solar, wind or other sources you will need to complete our EE40 form and send this in to the address below with your load application form.
