Moving Out?

Moving house is a stressful time. However, we have some on-line facilities to make this as easy as possible. If the registered customer is leaving the property we will need to read the meter. Clicking here will take you to a form to request that reading. There is certain information you may wish to collect beforehand.

It would help us if you could have the customer reference number of the relevant property available. This is the ten-digit number printed on all correspondence regarding the property in question.

Unless the property is to be left disconnected you will need the name of the person to whom subsequent bills should be directed.

Moving In?

The attached "Continuation of electricity supply" should be printed, completed and forwarded to us. This only applies where the supply already exists.
