Over the Christmas holidays our customers with prepayment meters will benefit from extended 'friendly times.' This means that if you run out of credit on your meter, your electricity supply will not be affected. We recommend that customers top-up prepayment meters with enough credit to cover your usage over the Christmas period.

If you do run out of credit over the Christmas holidays, during the 'friendly times' please ensure you top up before Friday 27th December at 9am.

This festive period your 'friendly times' are as follows:

Christmas Eve: from 16:30 (as normal)

Christmas Day: all Day

Boxing Day: all Day

Friday 27th December: ends at 9am 

New Year’s Eve: from 16:30 (as normal)

New Year’s Day: all day.

Thursday 2nd January 2020: ends at 9am
