Tuesday 21st January 2020 – Revised Guernsey Health & Safety in Construction Approved Code of Practice.
Matt Coggins, HSE Inspector will give an overview of the updated and revised Guernsey Health & Safety in Construction Approved Code of Practice (ACoP). The HSE are launching a consultation period for industry to comment on the updated ACoP at the Breakfast Seminar.

Wednesday 22nd January 2020 – Safety Schemes in Procurement
Andrew Cleere, SSIP Operations Manager will give a presentation on Safety Schemes in Procurement. Companies that sign up to a SSIP scheme can demonstrate to prospective clients that their organization meets specific standards of health and safety

Thursday 23rd January 2020 – Health & Safety Management Systems – an overview of ISO 45001
Robin Gonard, Chief HSE Inspector will give an overview of the new international standard ISO 45001, Occupational Health & Safety Management which recently replaced BS OHSAS 18001.  These standards provide a structured framework for ensuring a safe and healthy workplace.
