Emergency Credit
You can activate the Emergency Credit (£2.00) when the credit shown on the meter is below £1.00.
Emergency credit is available if the orange E/Credit light '4' is flashing.
To activate Emergency credit just press the button '6' at the bottom of the meter, if the credit is below £0.00 the supply will be reconnected. The meter display will alternate between the Credit Balance -BAL and remaining Emergency Credit --1 available before disconnection.
Once the Emergency credit has been used up, the entire balance due will have to be repaid before your supply can be reconnected.
