With our Essential Care Plan, your boiler, domestic hot water cylinder, electric underfloor or pipe-free central heating system will get an annual service from one of our fully qualified team.
Avoid the costs of unexpected call outs completely with our Advance Care Plan.
In addition to providing you with an annual service for your system, te Advanced Care Plan offers breakdown cover which includes parts and labour.
You'll also benefit from our priority call-out service, which means that if anything does go wrong, you will be seen by the first available technician.

Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions are applicable to all customers that enter into maintenance cover plans (Easy Care Plans)
with Guernsey Electricity Ltd. (GEL).
The maintenance cover plan will only cover works carried out and materials supplied by GEL.
In the event that the customer is found to be misusing or incorrectly operating the system additional charges may be applied
in order to connect the system or instruct the customer on its correct operation.
The maintenance cover plan will be invalidated in the event of:
A) Any additional works not being carried out by GEL which results in damage or malfunction to the system or
equipment covered in the maintenance cover plan.
B) Any existing heating plumbing or electrical systems and equipment that causes damage or malfunction to the system or
equipment covered in the maintenance cover plan.
C) Failure to keep up repayments to GEL for any service or associated offering.
D) Refusing to give reasonable access in order to carry out regular inspections and servicing during normal working hours.
Setting up of systems and customer demonstrations are to take place during normal working hours.
Any applicable general terms and conditions are deemed as forming part of the maintenance cover plan.
