Using your credit or debit card, you can pay any amount owed to Guernsey Electricity here. You will be transferred to a secure payment area maintained by PayPoint and at no time will Guernsey Electricity store your credit/debit card details.

Here you can apply for a new supply, additional load and/or alterations to your existing supply. You should also apply here if you are considering the connection of private generation from renewable energies such as solar, wind or heat pumps.

Cutting through a live electric cable can be inconvenient, costly and can result in serious injury or even death. It is therefore essential that you check the location of cables in the area if you, or anyone employed by you, is planning any type of digging or excavation.
If you are moving house, you need to let us know. If you are moving out of a house we'll need to come and read your meter and if you are moving into a new property you'll need to complete a continuation of supply form.
