Check your low-rate time bandsLow-rate electricity times are assigned to a property, not to a person. That means the times you’ve become used to may be different in your new place, or it may not have a low-rate tariff yet. Check if your timebands are printed on your meter box and if not, give us a call on 01481 200700 with your new address details. -
