Standing Order
For hassle-free regular payments, set up a standing order either directly with your bank or on your online banking. This will automatically transfer an agreed amount from your account to ours each month and will also incur a 2% discount on your quarterly bill.
Alternatively, we can send you a standing order form by post or scroll down to the bottom of this page to download a standing order form.
IMPORTANT
To receive the 2% benefit, you must inform us when setting up the standing order directly with your bank. Failure to do so will result in the exclusion of the discount.
Please note, you'll need to quote the 'IS/Payment Reference' and our bank details.

Pay online
You can make payments like these even if you have a standing order.
There are months when you might use a little more energy than usual, and your standing order will not cover those extra costs. In this case, a one-off payment can get your balance back on track.
By Phone
You can make a payment anytime, 24/7, through our secure automated payment line.
We accept Visa, Delta, Electron, JCB, Mastercard, Eurocard, Maestro, and Solo.
Simply call 01481 200700 to make a payment. Please quote the reference starting "IS" which can be found in the top-right hand side of your bill, for example, IS12345678. This ensures we can link your payment to your electricity account.
