Please note there is no written report with this option.

During in-home consultation (40-60 minutes), we'll walk you through the main areas where you could be saving energy and include everything available in our Basic Package.
We'll then take those findings away and produce a bespoke property report detailing the energy-saving recommendations.
We'll analyse factors such as appliance usage, water heating, home heating, and more to provide you with a comprehensive road-map.
Not only can this guide your energy-saving efforts, the report could also be a valuable asset to support property efficiency claims when selling or renting your property.

Heat energy loss is one of the biggest culprits behind high energy bills, and our Premier package features an inclusive heat loss analysis with thermal photography to demonstrate exactly where you are wasting the most energy. Plus all services offered in our Basic and Standard packages.
This gives you an in-depth analysis of your energy consumption patterns, energy strategies customised to your lifestyle, and specific recommendations to reduce your energy usage. The Premier report will help you achieve optimal energy efficiency, and provide concrete evidence to back up claims about your property's energy efficiency if you sell or rent.
How does heat loss affect you?
If we perform a heat loss calculation and discover you are losing, for example, 10kW of heat through the fabric of your building (such as the walls, roof, doors and windows), this means 10kW of heat is being lost every hour. You'll then need to pay to continuously replace this lost heat to maintain a comfortable temperature inside the rooms in your home.
This applies to any heating source - electric, gas, oil, or solid fuel - and we'll investigate ways you can reduce this heat loss to help you pay less to run your current heating system.
During our 60 to 90 minute visit, we'll identify where you are wasting energy (including lighting, power, and heating) and provide written recommendations and actions for you to start saving from day one.
