Part time, flexi-time, zero hour contracts - a modern business needs to offer flexibility and choice.
Flexible working
Our employees can tailor their hours and choose work from home days, if their role allows for it. Our flexible working policy is designed to help you find balance in your home and work life and time for your commitments outside of work.
Some employees choose to work compressed hours, meaning they work a bit longer during the day so they can take an additional 'flexi-day' off.
Bursaries
Our bursary scheme is available to students entering higher education. You'll receive an annual payment of £2000 plus paid work experience at least six weeks during the summer holidays
